A non-Referral!!!!!

DO NOT USE www.flowers.com for your next on-line flower delivery unless you want a headache!!!!!

I used them twice, within a year apart, and both experiences were more headaches than the previous. One was for an ICU matter and the other for a birth. One ended with me directing the flower delivery to room location while being on the phone with the hospital attendee getting the room location. The last was me contacting their answering servce (before, during, andafter busienss hours) to figure out status of order, as well as daily emails. Only to receive an email (no verbal call) that I cancelled my other and a refund was processed. While I received an order confirmation, that was the first I heard of a cancellation.

I located FTD.com and they have a 24 Hour Customer Service line, not an anwering service. The difference is an answering service does not have access to look up order information, where a Customer Service Center does.
